Shipping policy

All Items will be shipped within 2-3 business days (once payment is received) via a standard courier / post. Delivery time within Australia could be between 2 - 10 business days but could vary based on location and circumstances. The delivery time is approximate and not guaranteed. Dzign Solutions will not be responsible for delays by the courier / post.

Some of the items may be directly shipped from our supplier warehouse and item packaging may display the supplier details and could be subjected to delays. However, in all circumstances, please contact us regarding any questions or issues with the item or delivery.

Some heavy items may not be able to be shipped to remote areas, if that's the case the customer will be informed and subsequently the order may be cancelled, and funds will be refunded. 

Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately. However we will provide tracking number for every shipment.

Due to the limited access of our carriers, there are certain postcodes that we are unable to deliver to. This is applicable to certain products only and will be mentioned in the products page. In case you do end up ordering that product and we are unable to deliver it to your postcode, we will inform you and provide you with full refund. Unfortunately our system will accepted your order for the exempted postcodes, however once an order is processed we will inform you accordingly.

Payments can be done by Paypal account, Debit or Credit Card, Bank Transfer or Afterpay. Within Paypal you can pay with your Debit / credit card even if you don’t have a PayPal account.

Note For NDIS Customers:

Customers that will be placing the order by choosing NDIS as payment option, we understand that NDIS can take few days to process the payment, however we cannot always guarantee that we would be able to reserve the item for you as items are only processed when we receive full payment. In situations when an item goes out of stock after you place the order and before we get the payment, we will notify you and any in-flight payment received will be fully paid back. Alternatively you can purchase the item via Credit / Debit / Paypal etc. and claim the funds from NDIS.
